Online Obituaries for the Troy, Royal Oak, Clawson & Shelby Township MI Area

Jacob Dean White "Jake," 20 of Madison Heights, MI and formerly of Clawson, MI, passed away April 1, 2017. He graduated from Clawson High School in 2014. He is survived by his father, Mike (Sasha Etienne) White; mother, Catherine Krueger; daughter, Aubrey Rose White; mother of their child, Jillian Bell; half brother, Todd Herman, brothers, Matthew (Erica Tamm) White, Dean White and Griffin White; uncle, Jim White and Aunt, Rhonda White, and cousins Shelby, Logan and many extended family members.

There was nothing in the world that Jake loved more than spending time with his family.  Whether it was dropping in to visit his Grandma Freda and Aunt Rhonda, or planning family birthday parties, Jake was the first to ask where and when and never missed one.  He would even drive all the way to Dryden to "drop in" on his Aunt Sharon and Bob.

He shared a special bond with his Dad, best friends.  He started working with him in his teens .They shared the same interests with work, four wheel drive trucks, working out, collecting tools and learning new skills.  Jake rarely went a day without seeing or talking to his Dad.

Jake also shared a special bond with is brothers, Matt, Dean, and Griffin. Jake and Matt are only a year apart and have grown up as close as brothers can be, also best friends. Jake was excited to start helping Dean with a work out routine for football and throwing the ball around the backyard.  Griffin always refers to Jake as his "best brother" to rolling eyes from the other brothers in a loving way.  Jake was the jokester & prankster of the brothers.  He could always be counted on for a wet willy, pantsing or scary mask in your face.

He welcomed Sasha and her family immediately as his own.  He gained 3 cousins and treated them as cousins; wrestling, wet willying, and joking up north and all around.  From going to Lexi's soccer game, to stopping by to see Sierra and texting with Ariana regularly, he was there for them.

When he wasn't with family, he was busy with his friends, always wanting to go out and do something, looking for an adventure.  He enjoyed fishing, hunting, bon fires, country music, or just driving around.  He made friends easily, everyone who met him liked him, and he could always be counted on to help with anything, any time.

He changed jobs frequently always looking for new opportunities.  His most recent was being a plumber but his plan was to build his own company whether that was with plumbing or junk removal or landscaping, Jake wanted to find a way to get rich so he could buy property up north with alot of land and a big family.  That was his dream.

This last year when he met Jill, he made his most special bond of all, with his daughter Aubrey Rose.  He wanted nothing more than to be a good Dad and he would have been.
